Our Human Resources team is looking for an ambitious and thoughtful Employee Engagement Manager whose action-oriented mindset will foster continued growth for our staff and innovation within our culture.

In this highly visible role located at our Global Headquarters in Ewing, NJ, the successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the current state of the organization’s culture and employee engagement, developing a gap analysis and driving improvements. Further, this position will ensure effective communication of organization priorities both internally and externally.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive engagement and culture at Church & Dwight
    • Assess the current culture, define a winning long term culture and deliver a plan for improvement
    • Create a program for measuring engagement & culture (employee surveys) and translate findings into insights for the organization
  • Create impactful internal and external communications
    • Develop, implement and monitor the Church & Dwight employee value proposition and partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress towards the desired end state
    • Develop a strategy for communicating key organization messages internally and drive organizational alignment through innovative communication methodologies
    • Develop Church & Dwight’s external employer brand
    • Drive organizational change through internal communications on key initiatives, projects and organizational changes
    • Serve as key communicator for the Executive Leadership Team

 

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in business, HR, communications or related field is required, Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years’ experience in driving organization communications and/or employee engagement activities required.
  • Prior experience in graphic design and/or marketing a strong plus.
