Church & Dwight, a leading Consumer Packaged Goods company, is looking for a short term (3-4 month), Talent Acquisition Sourcer. This position will focus on sourcing and screening for multiple positions across the organization including Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, etc. The position is located in our Ewing, NJ corporate office.
What you’ll do:
- Execute sourcing strategies for corporate positions to include connecting with and sourcing talent through multiple channels including social media and databases.
- Utilize sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting objectives.
- Conduct or participate in strategy planning meetings, resume screening, phone interviews, consensus meetings, and interview set-up and offer process.
- Communicate with TA team and candidates frequently to relay status of searches, candidate progress, etc.
- Ensure OFCCP and EEOC requirements are met by the recruiting process through a thorough understanding of employment law and regulations.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree
- Sourcing experience in a corporate environment preferred
- Experience or knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods industry is a plus
- 2+ years of related human resources working experience
- Solid knowledge and skills with an Applicant Tracking System
- Ability to work on-site in Ewing, NJ preferred
